CAREERS

Be an ink! Coffee Pro, Shift Leader or Store Lead. Or don’t. Serving the best coffee in Colorado is not for the timid of heart or weak of spirit and knee. We work fast, kick butt and follow set guidelines to pump out products consistently. The upside? You won’t have to wear a 100% polyester uniform or buttons with smiley faces and crap like that. Plus, you get to operate a real live espresso machine (no button pushers here), drink lots of excellent coffee, and your coworkers will all be cool and good looking.

The poster boy for rank-rising, Ben Winckler is living proof that hard work and passion for what you do can take you anywhere. His career at ink! Coffee started six years ago when he took a job as a barista. His fantastic attitude and curiosity for every aspect of the coffee-making process caught our eye, and he was promoted to store manager within two years. From there, the coffee and the promotions just kept coming. Within three years he was promoted to assistant manager, overseeing staff and quality control. Now the manager of all ink! Coffee locations, Ben is in charge of employee training and performance, quality control and is a certified tech on all our coffee equipment. Eventually, he plans to start roasting coffee for us too. Because doing anything less than everything for our company was never really Ben's style.
